Embrace. Unbrace.

  

     The young still value the old.

       They have been told it is honorable and right that they should.

       And that trust of authority figures who clothe and feed -- near -- and run everything -- far and wide -- allows a giving over of permission, of power, a trust in the provision of care, an acknowledgment in, a respect of, rules as provided by these caregivers.

       The overlays of shame and hidden forbidden lusts as drama to intrigue pervade all our senses making us want want want, even when what we receive is -- if honestly assessed -- not good, enjoyable, or desirable.

       Of course this works in both directions.

       Men do not want for long what they can easily have.

       Thus they have designed huge edifices to not only support but also make exciting the facilitiation of plugging into and sucking dry the energy sources that are women.

       So how does one end all this?

       Reclaim what it is we do and are.

       We are balanced beings who embrace and can unbrace.

       Who can ignore, leaving out in the cold, anything we no longer wish to support.

       Want to change the world?      

Change what you desire and what you allow.

CARRIE ANNE'S ADVENTURES IN LIVING THE WOMB-BEING WAY

            I'm afraid.

            The more I learn about the system and try to leave it, the more I feel like some mythical "they" will try to get me, punish me, silence me once and for all.

            I know why I feel this way. I've read too many books, seen too many movies, and talked to too many people who tell stories of how their bids for freedom were shot down or failed.

            I don't want to be crucified, in any way!

            What I want is to live a happy free life, and for everyone around me, everyone in the world, everyone in every world, every being in every world, to be able to live this way too.

            Is this possible?

            If so, how do we get there?

Rule changers...

       How does one help collapse the societal structure currently doing harm?

       Non-participation.

       Just stop.

       Withdraw.

       Extract yourself.

       Do things differently than you are expected to; ordered to.

       Follow your intuition towards new ways of being & doing.

       Follow the sun.

       Follow the moon.

       Follow laughter.

       Follow good times.

       Harm no one.

       Follow no harmful rules.

       Instead of parroting: "this is the way it's done..." try something new.

       Surprise yourself.

       Surprise others.

      

       Take the powers-that-were by surprise.

       Take the reins of change & ride towards a new sunrise.

Proof...

      In a location where the sun typically rises in the east & sets in the west, the above photograph was taken of the EAST, in the late afternoon, when the sun should typically have not been around to light up the clouds.

       So who's responsible for this momentary change in the nature of things?

       I AM.

       However you prefer to define these two potent words.

       But you see the inherent problem in the idea of ever satisfactorily being able to provide proof of anything beyond dry deadened locked down creations of the kind this world is so chock full of, yes?

       Who's to say who took this photo, or whether the camera was indeed pointed east, or that it was indeed the time of sunset rather than sunrise?

       This is the same reason why people who have claimed a different body or bank account, claimed to have become "cured" of some seemingly "incurable" illness or lack, are often disbelieved.

       Maybe body or bank account were misdiagnosed?

       Or maybe the individual is lying?

       Or if not lying exactly, perhaps exaggerating or sharing wishful intensions they hope could come true...

       How can improbable things ever be proven to minds closed to possibility?

       Things change.

       Sometimes significantly.

       Sometimes backed by reasons why...& sometimes not.

       Is how something transpired more important than that it DID transpire?

       You certainly can't just take someone's word for it. That wouldn't be smart, regarding any seeming miracles...there has to be proof.

       So, yes, we understand...you are all quite wary of playing the fool, being taken in.

       Which is why we say, the only person's word you'll ever believe regarding your ability to create significant change not based on logical steps towards achieving better health in any regard--personal, interpersonal, environmental, societal, political, global, financial, unusual--is your own.

       So, go ahead, learn what there is to learn, even teach what you learn & know if you like.

       Put it into practice, experience miracles, tell yourself about them...and believe the proof of your own life...all the while getting to enjoy the fruits of your efforts.

       Quite a deal.

       No need to waste time trying to prove anything to anyone (though sharing your changes as they occur may wind up affecting someone just the same).

       For sometimes we wombeings do find comfort & inspiration from those traveling alongside us on the path.

CASH IN HAND

            Well, I tried some things.

            When people said, "Carrie Anne What?"

            I said, "Just plain Carrie Anne is fine," just like you recommended.

            And the person interviewing me looked at me like I'd lost my mind.

            There was no way I could fill out the application without giving information like my last name, social security number, driver's license, etc.

            So I didn't get the job.

            But later, when I sat down to meditate, I thought, "I didn't really want that job anyway. What I really want is just 50,000 dollars cash!"

            And guess what appeared in my hand.

            Now what????!!!!

            What you're saying kind of reminds me of 70's feminism.

            I was part of that wild time, coming out of free love and into female power, women doing it for themselves, a woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle.

            But look how far that all got.

            Men still earn more than women, etc. etc.

            I bet you'd say that's because we asked permission for things to change, rather than just changing them ourselves.

            Rather than just not accepting anything but the change we wanted to see.

            Rather than just leaving male ways of doing things in the dust and beginning to do things in ways that made more sense, instead of continuing to ask the men in power to mandate change, or to allow it.

            And if this is what you'd say, you're probably right.

            If every woman stopped living the way her husband or boss or fashion expert wanted her to, things would have to change, because half the population wouldn't be going along for the ride...or taking the reins but still continuing on in the same direction, as we have been.

            It's kind of sad, really.
